Hua Mulan

This skill grants protection against magical effects. Differing from the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether.   

The Class Skill of Rider and Saber class Servants, denoting the ability to ride mounts and vehicles. Rider-class Servants will typically possess a high rank. All vehicles and all creatures up to the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts.   

A representation of Mulan’s dedication to her family and her upholding the honor of her name. When fighting for a righteous cause, her parameters increase.   

In the original telling of the story, Mulan was already skilled in fighting prior to joining the army, proficient in martial arts of various kinds from hand-to-hand to sword fighting and even Archery.     This skill is proof of her proficiency in Martial arts, boosting her parameters when fighting.   

No matter what version one reads about Hua Mulan, there is no denying her strength of character. This skill represents that strength that allowed her to endure a 12-year war for the sake of her father.   

Fierce, independent, and strong-willed, Hua Mulan is a dutiful daughter who is both an example of virtue and piety and equal measure.    Thus, it is no surprise that Hua Mulan would take up arms to fight for the sake of her father and infant younger brother.     However, despite this, it seems like war was too much for even someone like her. The Hua Mulan one would typically summon is war-weary and a pacifist, but would still jump to fiercely protect the weak and the helpless.   

When summoned, she typically appears with a full plate of armor that covers her shoulders, chest, and legs. She has a red feathered helmet rested upon her head and wields either a sword, spear, or bow and arrows depending on the class or version of herself, she is summoned.    Underneath is a simple set of cloth robes (whose color also changes depending on her summoning), that hides her graceful figure.     She has ebony black hair, a pair of warm brown eyes, and skin like porcelain that is both roughened by war and yet is still soft and silk.    She is a picture of a beautiful warrior, in and out of her armor.   

Hua Mulan’s history seems to vary with each summoning, but will always follow the same pattern of her leaving home after hearing the call to arms for men of each household to defend against an enemy army.    She dons a disguise to fit in as a man and joins the army, fighting for a number of years before coming home to the welcoming arms of her family after turning down an official’s position.    Whether or not her true gender is revealed depends on the summoned Hua Mulan.

“The Holy Grail… If only I had a wish then… Perhaps I could have… No, it’s nothing Master, forgive my ramblings.” 

“No time to waste, Master. If there is a battle to be won, then we best get it over with. ”

“Man, woman, child, who I serve does not matter, as long as we fight with honor… I will fight to the bitter end.”

“Winter, Summer, Moon and Sun~ O-oh... Master, I didn’t see you there...”

“My Master or not, if you call me Hua Ping, I will be forced to severely chastise you.”
